A small, focused starter course
This course teaches a first routine for a standard English QWERTY keyboard: home-row anchors, home-row words, upper-row reaches, lower-row reaches, and a final mixed-row sentence. The keyboard diagram highlights the keys used in each step.
There is no speed target. The exercise is complete only when the line matches exactly, so you can slow down, correct a character, and continue. Completion markers stay in this browser. YesTyping does not save the practice line or send it to an account.
After the lessons
Repeat a lesson when a key still feels unfamiliar. When you are ready to measure a comparable attempt, use the one-minute typing test and review the accuracy guide. This starter course is for standard English QWERTY practice; it does not teach other layouts or language-specific input methods.
