These terms describe the use of YesTyping’s typing practice website and optional account features.

Using the service
Use YesTyping for lawful typing practice and learning. Do not disrupt the service, attempt to access another person’s account, bypass request limits, or submit automated or fabricated results as human typing performance.
Keep account credentials private and use a display name that does not impersonate another person or contain abusive content. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account.
Practice content
Only use custom practice text you are entitled to use. Providing text for your own practice does not transfer ownership of it to YesTyping. Other websites, product names, and materials retain their respective owners’ rights.
Results and community rankings
Typing results are practice feedback. They depend on the text, settings, browser, device, and input received. They are not professional certifications, employment assessments, or guarantees of a particular improvement.
Community rankings display submitted results and are labeled unverified. Invalid results or abusive accounts may be removed to protect the service and its users.
Accounts and availability
Practice features are available without an account. Optional accounts can store preferences and results. The service may change, become temporarily unavailable, or discontinue features. Keep a copy of any results you need to retain.
Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security problems, or violations of these terms. No paid subscription or purchase is required for the typing practice provided here.
Privacy and third-party services
The privacy policy explains local storage, account data, session cookies, public scores, and optional ads. Third-party websites and advertising services have their own terms and policies. An advertisement or external link does not mean that YesTyping endorses the advertised product or service.
Independent identity
YesTyping is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Monkeytype. The site’s name and presentation identify this service, and do not imply a connection with another typing website.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
